Mack Attack is an original stand-up comedy show written by Johari Nandi as a piece for Playground: A Festival of Independent Student Work at Carnegie Mellon University

Hide and Seek examines what it feels like to be chronically ill. Directed by John Wells Directing Program student Eleanor Bishop (MFA’ 16), it asked, “What’s it like to be sick?” and explored this topic through nightmarish child's play.

The Wild Party is the story of a reckless relationship between a vaudeville dancer and a clown enjoying one wild evening in a Manhattan apartment. Jealousy and passions rage out of control. Lippa’s Party gives us a closer look at our own decadence in this party to end all parties. 

In Deceive, love and business are the two opposing forces in young swindler, Tavis's, life. Does he stay true to Lark, the woman he's started seeing? Or stay true to his friend and fellow con artist, Lonny? Tavis struggles to find truth in the dishonest life he leads.

Once on This Island is a one-act musical based on the 1985 novel My Love, My Love; or, The Peasant Girl by Rosa Guy, it is set in the French Antilles archipelago in the Caribbean Sea. It concerns a peasant girl on a tropical island, who uses the power of love to bring together people of different social classes.
